Job Description:
- Develop best practices to improve organizational performance and effectiveness.
- Assist with performance management procedures.
- Ensure employee maintains a high level of professionalism and competence in their assigned work duties.
- Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews.
- Assist in preparing training programs, tools, and materials to improve employee skills.
- Support in handling the organization charts, Prepare and update organization structure regularly, keeping on the amendments according to organization restructures and changes.
- Assist in the development & implementation of human resource policies & procedures.
- Create job descriptions & job requirements.
- Perform orientations and update records of new staff.
- Handle the Recruitment processes as per the manpower budget plan and including ad-hoc positions.
- Develop candidate talent pipeline through sourcing channels.
- Update recruitment records and produce reports analytics.
- Advertise all vacancies internally and externally through various Recruitment media platforms.
- Acts as liaison with various recruitment sources such as newspapers, Universities, recruitment agencies, external job boards, professional bodies, etc.
- Develop a pipeline of qualified potential candidates and maintains an on-going relationship with high potential candidates
- Maintains recruitment reports with detailed schedule of timeframes for recruitment process and on-time delivery.
