Job Purpose:
CRM Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional client satisfaction and serves as a key player in park operations.
You will be the primary point of contact for clients, managing and addressing their needs across various domains, including legal, finance, engineering, and the sale of non-industrial services.
Additionally, you will oversee the rental of non-industrial offices and manage contract conditions between the park and clients.
Your goal is to enhance the overall customer experience, contribute to the smooth operation of the industrial park, and foster positive relationships with clients.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant major.
- From 0 to 3 years of experience within the area of CRM and Customer/Client Service.
- Excellent English level.
- Excellent communication and networking skills.
- Strong analytical skills and details accuracy.
- Strong problem solving capabilities and decision making.
