IT Senior System Admin
Job Description:
* Location: HQ-Zamalek and 6th of October Premises
- Implementing security protocols and procedures to prevent potential threats.
- Ensuring data are stored securely and backed up regularly.
- Providing support in person, over the phone, or via remote access.
- Diagnosing issues with computer software, peripherals, and hardware.
- Managing Windows, Linux, or Mac systems.
- Administrating Windows Server Networks, Domains, Roles, and Services.
- Troubleshooting and Maintenance Active Directory, DNS.
- Implement, Manage Veeam Backup 365 and Replication.
- Implement, Manage VMware EXSI.
- Manage Virtual Machines and Virtual Network on vSphere.
- Manage Kaspersky Endpoint Security Cloud.
- Implement, Manage NAS Storage.
- Backup exec 16 implementation and configuration .
- Create and manage sites, designate site admins, manage sharing settings, and manage Microsoft 365 groups, including creating, deleting, and restoring groups, and changing group owners.
- Managing deployments/rollouts Over SCCM.
- Providing a high level for support PCs ,clone windows, check health, outlook troubleshooting and export import .pst and .ost.
- Implement, maintain, monitor, performance tuning and upgrade Network Attached Storage (NAS) environment.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science & Information Technology and Systems.
- +5 years of experience within the area of IT and System Administration.
- Excellent knowledge working with Veeam, Kaspersky and VMware.
- Strong analytical skills and details accuracy.
- Strong problem solving capabilities.
